Head to the listed coordinates. You should be near a bank.
Look for a Stone marker with H B at the top
There are five carved numbers on the marker. Let the numbers be A and BCDE.
From the given coordinates, project:
The Angle = (C + D) . (C - D) (C - D) degrees
The Distance = (A x A x 5) + B . (D + D + E) metres
(they are decimal points in there)
Now make your way to Ground Zero.
