The Year of the Pig. The Pig aka Boar is the 12th Lunar New Year zodiac animal. A Pig represents luck, overall good fortune, wealth, honesty, general prosperity, symbolizing a hard working, a peace-loving person, a truthful, generous, indulgent, patient, reliable, trusting, sincere, giving, sociable person with a large sense of humour and understanding.
On your Wherigo Tour along the "Pig Parade" at the Pike's Place Market, you will visit 3 Pig sculptures. At each Pig, you will answer a multiple choice question about that Pig. Allow 45 minutes to perambulate, plus perhaps be distracted by the many enticing food and crafts stalls.
As with all Wherigo caches, you must first download to your smart phone app the Wherigo cartridge which can be found HERE.
THE GEOCACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED CCORDINATES.
The geocache Final Coordinates will be revealed upon completion of the game, after you correctly answer the question at Pig 3. For Android users and others having difficulty with App, Final is given as a Waypoint on this page.
Be aware that to get to the Final from Pike Place Market area, you will 1) walk down Pike St. Hillclimb stairs, or 2) take down Pike Market Parking Elevator, or 3) geo-drive toward the Waterfront to be on Alaskan Way.
