CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES! Solve the puzzle below to reveal the cache coordinates.
A geocacher in Ohio, named Team Monkeyboy, created a wonderful series of puzzles that some of the local cachers enjoyed solving at some of our monthly puzzle lunches. In his puzzles, you needed to identify photos that were based around a common theme and enter the words into various grids to reveal the coordinates. His puzzles had fun themes such as pigs, bears, babies, monkey, cats, and bees. After making my own puzzle with trains, I decided to make another using boats. There are many easily recognizable movies, books, games, and products that have boats in them!
Solving this puzzle will tell you how to adjust the coordinates to get the final AND give you a clue on pinpointing the cache. To complete the grid, you may need to determine the boat name, movie name, product name, character name, etc. Use the grid spaces to figure out what word to enter.
NOTE: Several people at a recent puzzle event already solved the puzzle and found this cache, so the logbook will not be empty.
