Please use the parking coordinates as the starting point to this cache, as I don't think it is possible to get here from the previous cache without stepping on the adjacent properties. Head northeast and walk along the border of the detention basin and head towards the reference point (N40° 11.171' W076° 10.831') which is where the wooded area starts again.
The cache follows the same pattern as the previous caches, you'll just have to determine where exactly.
