Sealston Sports Complex is located at 11050 Fletchers Chapel Road. While visiting the park feel free to stop by the Native American Heritage Trail sign that accompanies this geocache tour. The region surrounding this unincorporated area of King George County contains land that had originally belonged to the Patawomeck Tribe of Virginia. The area of this park all the way into Stafford County is an important piece of Patawomeck ancestral homeland. The park was recently the site of a native tree planting effort conducted by King George Master Gardeners as part of the Plant Central Rappahannaock Natives Campaign. This location also has many sports fields that make a great setting for a game of catch or a picnic. It is here that you will learn more about Patawomeck leadership and how the tribe is led today.
