IL CASCINOTTO
I Cascinotti o Casotti (Cassinott o Casott in dialetto lombardo) sono dei piccoli edifici diffusi in Lombardia, costruiti isolati nelle campagne. Si tratta di antiche casette costruite per agevolare l'agricoltore, quando risiedeva distante dai campi da coltivare. Vi si riponevano le attrezzature da lavoro per evitare di portarle avanti e indietro, per depositare momentaneamente i raccolti, e anche per avere un riparo in caso di maltempo durante i temporali estivi.
Quello in questione è di particolare pregio, situato nei boschi di Lurago Marinone, strutturato su due piani, sulla parete verso sud possiede un affresco dedicato alla Madonna.

Strada pianeggiante, non asfaltata ma liberamente percorribile in auto/moto/bici. Presenza di fango in periodi piovosi,
Portare una penna per firmare il Logbook, chiudere bene il contenitore per evitare infiltrazioni, riposizionarlo in modo non visibile dalla strada.
THE CASCINOTTO
The Cascinotti are small buildings distributed in Lombardy, isolated in the countryside. They were built to easy the farmer's work, when he lived distantly from the field of crops. The tools were stored inside to avoid going back and forth with them, it was also used as a temporary deposit for the harvest, and as a shelter in the event of bad weather like summer thundesrstorms.
This one is of particular value, located in the woods of Lurago Marinone, structured with two floors, on the south wall there is a painting dedicated to the Madonna.
Note:
plain road, not paved but freely accessible by car/motorbike/bicycle. Presence of mud in rainy weather.
