Heyyyyyy Youuuuuu Guyyyyyysssss.....
It has recently come to our attention that One Eyed Willy and his band of Pirate Scoundrels visited the East Coast, and stashed some of their loot on a small island near Hanover, Pennsylvania. From Journals found lately, In April of 1672, King Phillip IV commissioned 5 ships to hunt down the Inferno and her crew. Before heading off, Willy stashed a bit of treasure in the area, to keep it from the Spanish Armada.
Be the first to find this long lost treasure but beware the island is full of Boobie Traps (Canadian Geese). To beat Willy, You will have to follow the trail and solve his multiple puzzles in order to find the treasure. Looks like there will be 5 places to visit while on this treasure hunt.
Don’t forget that the entire Island has been Boobie Trapped (Geese and Nests) and that you should Always Pay Attention to YOUR Surroundings instead of focusing just on the treasure map (Your Phone).
Watch out for the Fratelli’s (Muggles) you don’t want them to find the treasure!!
Get your Treasure Hunting Gear Ready, Check Your Supplies, All Treasure Hunters should have their TOTT's.

Please take note of the picture of the Island. YOU are to stay away from the highlighted area per State Park Manager due to an Osprey Nest and Habitat. Let's all help these little guys out.

You will need some type of boat, to get to the island, please see Codorus State Park Regulations regarding boating. Wear your Life Jackets while on the water. Follow this link for Codorus Regulations:

This is a Hunting and Trapping area. Starting The Saturday after Thanksgiving (at the time of publish) for about 3 weeks is Rifle Season. We recommend caching this area at a different time but If you choose to Cache in this area during any hunting season

You will need to enter INTO CERTITUDE a 6 NUMBERS (in order, no spaces) that is found at stage one, for valuable and absolutely needed information.
THIS IS NOT A SUITABLE CACHE FOR LITTLES OR GEOPETS. THERE ARE CANADIAN GEESE NESTING ON THIS ISLAND, DON'T BE A CARELESS FRATELLI!! PLEASE RESPECT THE AREA AND THE WILDLIFE!!
This is NOT a QUICK CACHE, Please plan to be on the island for AT LEAST ONE HOUR, IT MAY TAKE LONGER. Keep in mind the weather and the park hours.
Phone Service should work out here on the Island. The Signal does get a bit bouncy. If you are New to Geocaching, you may want to pair with someone who is a little seasoned. Pens are provided, but we all know how they disappear. A few tools you may want to bring along, magnifying glass or a phone with zoom capability, something to take notes on, A Boat (haha), Kale and/or Cracked Corn, A towel and a Whistle.
