This is a challenge cache.  The cache is at the listed coordinates.  You are looking for a magnetic key holder on a guardrail.  There is a parking lot adjacent to the guardrail.  You must have found a cache in at least 15 states or at least 5 countries to qualify for this cache.  Please post a photo of the results of the geochecker in your log.
