This is a so-called Reverse Wherigo. With this cache you are supposed to enter 3 codes of 6 digits each in the reverse cache box. You can find this reverse cache box by opening the wherigo on your GPS or phone. After entering these codes you will see the distance to the cache location but not the direction.
