Cedell Brooks, Jr. Park is another excellent recreational asset in the county. It is located off Ridge Road at 11215 Henry Giffin Road. This park was dedicated to educating others about our regional foliage and local ecosystems that reside at the heart of King George County. This location has plenty of activities for all participants and provides insight on Native American environmentalism. The park boasts a playset, small free library, wildlife-watching area, baseball and soccer fields, and a large pavilion perfect for resting. The area also houses some of our well-known local restaurants along with a few grocery outlets.
