Here's to my second hide. You'll need to practice EXTREME stealth to get this one. Muggles EVERYWHERE. Furthermore, It's not easily spotted, This is one of those situations where you might need to get up close and personal and feel around a bit. I'd recommend looking for this one on a Monday or Tuesday afternoon to avoid most of the muggles. Good luck!
