SPIRIT QUEST
The original Indiana Spirit Quest, created in the early years of geocaching, led cachers to explore scenic and historic graveyards. Over the years hundreds of geocaches were published for this series. Expanding beyond Indiana, it reached into Michigan and Ohio. Hiders of this series called themselves the GEOISQ, which included around 25 cachers. Today, the legacy lives on as geocachers still place caches in cemeteries, keeping the Spirit Quest alive.
WATERLOO CITY CEMETERY
The waterloo city cemetery is located off N Center St. in Waterloo, Indiana. It was founded in 1867 by T.R. Dickinson and incorporated 8 years later in 1875. The brick markers by the entrance serve as a tribute to T.R Dickinson.
