The cache is not at the posted coordinates, but those indicate one of the possible parking locations for the adventure.
While beeing posted as a WIG, this cache also has some aspects of a multicache or a field puzzle. You will visit three locations to gather some information about the relative position of the final physical cache. Expect ~3 mile walk (or a bike ride) on a paved surface start to finish.

In order to find this cache you will need either the RWIG cartridge from the wherigo.com or Android users could use Reverse Geocaching app.
To find the first location, feed this code into the RWIG cartridge or Reverse Geocaching app:
392302
351019
761151
Once you arrive at the first stop, look for a steel plate, about 2'x5", that joins two parts of a larger structure. The plate is bolted. Count the total number of bolts and divide by 2. This is your A.
At a closer look, each bolt has a three digit number on it. These are your BCD.
The bearing to the cache from the stop 1 location is DA degrees.
To find the second location, use this code:
B13391
9218C3
1777D0
At the second stop you will be looking for a small metal plate (3.5"x5") with some information on it. The serial number at the very last row is your EFGHI.
The bearing to the cache from the stop 2 location is IHB degrees.
To find the third location, use this code:
6F2302
338E13
70G251
At the third stop you will find a memmorial.
J=(month of death)-(month of birth)
Distance to the cache from the stop 3 location is IJHG'.
Now you have more than enough information (the third location is a bonus) to find the cache.

The physical cache is log only, please BYOP and sign it.
Congratulations to RS Arizona on FTF!
