This cache is part of the 2 Line 2 Block Walk (2L2BW) Series. Each of the caches in the series are located around 1.5 - 2.5 blocks from their respective stations with on average a 0.3 - 0.5mi walk round trip per cache. This series was inspired by a comment made by NWCats’ saying that it would be a neat idea to have a series of caches within two blocks of light rail stations. This series is brought to you by cacheingcants & sahan.
Note: If anyone wants to tackle the current 23 26 stations on the 1 Line, go right ahead!
This 2L2BW cache is located near Overlake Village Station. To find the cache, navigate to the "START HERE" waypoint and follow the directions in the poem below:
Descend six steps and look to your right,
An octagonal sign should be in sight.
Walk to the sign while watching for cars,
When it's clear, walk over the seven white bars.
Turn right once more and start heading west,
Remember to be curtious to others, and don't walk three abreast.
You'll soon be headed due South,
And will soon see the Avenue's mouth.
Continue walking for a few hundred feet,
Until you spy signage for an upcoming street.
Cross the avenue and stand near the sign,
The cache is near now, all will be fine.
Please use caution when crossing streets. When you reach GZ, please use stealth to avoid detection from muggles. Please leave the stamp in the container; it is NOT SWAG.
