Geocache Description:

Enjoy this beautiful church built in 1881 designed by Theophilus P. Chandler Jr who as founder and head of the University of Pennsylvania's Department of Architecture, Chandler essentially shaped the architectural climate in Philadelphia. While you are in the Rittenhouse area, there are many beautiful churches and quaint side streets to see nearby and you are a short walk from Rittenhouse Square, a must visit if you haven't seen it. ( Plus, once you've found the cache, head next door to the Mutter Museum for something one-of-a-kind ) Fun fact ( for us ) Our first hide !!
