Devon&Somerset 'Fingerposts' - #25 Thurlbear
First you will need to go to the Posted Coords that will take you to a Fingerpost. You will need to collect some info at the Fingerpost and do some simple maths which will give the correct coords to find the cache.
# The number of places that do not appear in black on the pointers of the Fingerposts =A
# The number of miles to Taunton plus the number of miles to Thurlbear plus the number of miles Stoke St Mary plus the number of miles to West Hatch =B
# The number of times SCC appears on the very top of the Fingerpost plus the number of times Somerset appears on the post beneath the pointers =C
# Next to the Fingerpost there is a telegraph pole that has a small disc with a single number on it, the number on the disc =D
# Also there are some numbers and letters engraved into the telegraph pole, the first number under the letters BT =E
By now you should have all the info that you need!
The cache can be found at: N 50 (D-A)(C+A).(D-C)(A+A)(E-D) W 003 (C-C)(B-A).(C+A)(C-A-A)(A-A)
Checksum for all digits of the final coordinates =42
