Welcome to Warehouse 107 at Frihamnen. The property was built in 1944 according to designs by Wilhelm Mattson, originally serving as a coffee warehouse with associated refrigeration rooms. In 2001, the building underwent renovation, preserving its functionalist style with large characteristic windows, loading balconies, and loading docks. Warehouse 107 is situated in the rugged Frihamnen area, with clear historical echoes and proximity to the water.
Today, Frihamnen is one of Gothenburg's most interesting areas in terms of urban development. This is where people will live and work in the future as an entirely new district emerges.
