La tonda de n'Aguae (Il giro di Aguai)
Un'avventura tra i magnifici boschi della piccola frazione di Aguai, avremo modo d'ammirare i pascoli ed i prati della zona, scorgere qualche animale selvatico e goderci un po' di tranquillità immersi nella natura. Trovata la cache, vediamo in lontananza una casa a punta, sembra indicare la via. Seguiamo quindi la strada ed all'incrocio una lieve discesa ci porta dove solo i 2 ruote possono osare. Raggiungiamo in breve una curva improvvisa, un luogo tetro, sfiorando la foresta.
Attenzione!! In montagna una regola non scritta sovrasta tutte le altre: rispettate questi luoghi, lasciate pulito ed in ordine; idealmente in condizioni migliori di come li trovate. Rispettando quest'unico principio tutti potranno godere delle meraviglie di questi ambienti e non vi sarà luogo sulle Alpi dove non sarete ben acceti.

Aguàe (detto anche Aguài) è territorio della Comunità, ma catastale di Carano. Il nome può essere una corruzione di "acquaie", che viene a dire luogo bagnato da acque, perche anticamente era chiamato così anche il territorio al Cela, percorso dal rivo Calvel e quello di Cananegio; là vi erano pozze d'acqua temporanee, dove i conti de Firmian tenevano permanentemente un laghetto per la pescicoltura nel luogo detto ancora "al lago".

Le fontane nei paesi montani non sono solamente un accesso comodo all'acqua fresca e potabile, hanno sempre avuto un ruolo fondamentale: sono, in tempi passati come oggi, un punto centrale della vita sociale; importanti per l'agricoltura, approvigionavano persone ed animali; sono da sempre luoghi d'incontro e di socializzazione per la comunità locale, creando un senso di coesione sociale. Se la cache vuoi trovare, gioco ed ingegno dovrai sfruttare, con la fontana giocare e ed il tesoro acchiappare.

An adventure in the magnificent woods of the small district of Aguai, we will be able to admire the pastures and meadows of the area, catch a glimpse of some wild animals and enjoy some peace and quiet surrounded by nature. After finding the cache, we can see a pointed house in the distance, it seems to point the way. We then follow the road and, at the crossroads, a slight descent takes us where only two-wheelers can dare. We soon reach a sudden bend, a gloomy place, skimming through the forest.
Attention!!! In the mountains, one unwritten rule overrides all others: respect these places, leave them clean and tidy; ideally in better condition than you find them. By respecting this one principle, everyone will be able to enjoy the wonders of these environments and there will be no place in the Alps where you will not be welcome.

Aguàe (also called Aguài) is the territory of the Community, but cadastral territory of Carano. The name may be a corruption of 'acquaie', which means a place bathed by water, because in ancient times, the territory at Cela, crossed by the Calvel and Cananegio rivulets, was also called this; there were temporary pools of water there, where the Counts de Firmian permanently kept a small lake for fish farming in the place still called 'al lago'.
