We were out here for some new caches and the established ones overlooking Yellow Lake. We brought some spare caches with us. Baz and Jean used cow names because of the terrain and patties. We felt we should continue the theme so these are named for some of the top ranked PBR bulls.
These are just a reason for you to get outside and go for a walk/hike/pant!!
We saw some early spring flowers (yellow, white, and purple). We saw absolutely no wild animals til we were within a 100 meters of the car on the way back. Seemed weird. There was snow and lots of sunshine, with some wind, and of course some spectacular vistas. Of course we didn't always take the easiest route but we did get some exercise.
If you are doing these in the summer make sure you bring lots of water. Bring your own pen. You've earned your smiley!
