I have been eyeballing this exact spot since the construction of this building. I found a cache just like this when I was brand new to caching. Please replace as found and top down to keep the log dry. Hunt at night and the hide will illuminate itself to you! It can easily be found in the day too!
A physical signature on the log is required. If you are unable to do that, you must message me with photo proof of discovery. No written or photographic spoilers please!
