Yes, I know the name of the track is not "Goldfinch Lane" but the first time we walked and cycled this way there were hundreds of Goldfinches sitting on the wires and flying over the fields between the lane and the woods. A lovely sight. So the name has stuck with us and perhaps cachers looking for this one can look out for a "Charm" of Goldfinches. This is an easy family friendly cache and we hope you enjoy it. The original cache container was given to me as a Christmas present several years ago but was muggled in January 2025. We have replaced with this new container (also a recycled gift), which we hope you will enjoy finding. Hope you enjoy the cache. Please make sure it is replaced carefully after finding and maybe put a few twigs or leaves as camo on top. Bring your own pen and tweezers.
