Parking should be plentiful. The final location is only a short walk, and hopefully away from the crowds of school kids on field trips and nurses on lunch breaks. The hours of the park are 6AM-10PM, and if you're looking to learn more about space, the center is open Tue - Sat 10AM-5PM. Good luck!
