A challenge cache that requires you to find 10 caches each in 10 US States to qualify. You must sign the physical cache log in order to log this cache.
You can sign it at any time, but you can only log it as a find if you have found 10 caches each in 10 different US States (100 caches total minimum to qualify). DC is not a state, nor is Ontario, but you knew that. ;)
