Latitude 32 is one of Australia's largest industrial zones, covering more than 1400 hectares. Formally known as the Hope Valley-Wattleup Redevelopment Project. this project covers parts of Wattleup and Munster in the City of Cockburn and Hope Valley in the City of Kwinana.
In addition to Latitude 32, there are three other primary estates within the Western Trade Coast - Australian Marine Complex, Rockingham Industry Zone and Kwinana Industrial Area. Latitude 32 benefits from access to road, rail and sea transport networks including the Kwinana Bulk Terminal, Fremantle Port, a rail connection to Kewdale and the midwest, the Rowley Road extension and the high wide load corridor linking Kwedale to Henderson.
This particular intersection is a busy one, with multiple vehicles using it a thoroughfare to transport goods to and from the different terminals.
Major stealth is required, with night time being the optimal time for searching.
