Geocache Description:

GREEN! The lush green foliage of our local parks is a distinguishing feature resulting from all of the rainfall the lower mainland receives. There are many green spaces throughout local residential neighbourhoods that allow us to enjoy the great outdoors.  Nature is one of the largest contributors of the colour green in our world.  Many creatures that live in our parks and forests (including the elusive geocache) take on a green camouflage to blend into their surroundings.  As winter turns to spring, it won't take long for the undergrowth & the blackberries to fill in.  This cache was created a couple years back and I finally found a home for it where our beautiful natural undergrowth wouldn't get trampled under foot (and you hopefully won't have to fight with the blackberries.)

When placed the cache contained a log book, a pencil and a few trinkets for trade for the kids.

Abbotsford parks are open from 1 hour before sunrise to 1 hour after sunset, please cache within these hours.
