Explore our newest park, Quarry Trails Metro Park, and see what it has to offer - including mountain bike trails, a waterfall, fishing, kayaking and more! Use the 2319 Quarry Trails Dr. park entrance for the shortest route to the cache, but parking at 2158 Old Dublin Rd will give you a more scenic route and a great look at the waterfall! Please exercise caution while exploring this park and stay on all designated trails.
Putting on the GeoTrail every year takes a lot of work, and we couldn't do it without the help from the geocaching community. Thanks to Robbins Family for helping us look after this cache!
Backswimmers and water boatmen are similar insects that live in the water. Both use an elongated pair of legs like oars to swim through the water. However, water boatmen use their middle legs while backswimmers use their back legs. As you might guess, backswimmers swim upside down! It is important to know the difference, because backswimmers have a painful bite but water boatmen do not!
