Geocache Description:

This is where I go for a peaceful walk, see some wildlife, or place some caches. It reminds me of one of my fave places on the South Island, except that;

1. There are no eels to be seen

2. It's not Lake Rotoiti

3. It's not often in flood.

You can visit the place I like virtually though, check it out here: https://coord.info/GC88Z29

This is a Reverse Wherigo Cache, the cache is not at the published coordinates, though it's a good place to (reverse) park your car/chariot/other.

You can start your search for this geocache anywhere in the world. You will need a GPS enabled smartphone, tablet or GPSr device, which is capable of playing a Wherigo cartridge.

This Wherigo cache is inspired by one that I found in Nelson - https://coord.info/GC6GHRF

This cache was in turn inspired by the original reverse Wherigo cache - https://coord.info/GC357G1

The creator of the original Reverse Wherigo cache is -Waldmeister-

The Wherigo cartridge that you will need to play this Wherigo can be downloaded from here

Once you have downloaded the cartridge you will be the proud the owner of a "Reverse-Cache-Box", which will tell you the distance to the final cache, but not the direction.

To play this Wherigo cartridge, it is your task to find the cache only with the information about your distance to the final location. All the instructions and information you need to complete this cartridge is contained within it. This Wherigo cartridge can be played in English, German, Polish, Spanish, Danish, or Dutch.

To start playing the Wherigo you will have to type the codes unique to this whereigo geocache into your Reverse-Cache-Box player. However, I haven't made it that simple, you'll have to find where they're hidden. I've made it virtually compulsary to solve! You just need to be a Sleuth to get the final coordinates.

It's R-eel-ly nice here!
