In 1912, Helen Ring Robinson was the first women elected as a Colorado State Senator (and the 2nd female Senator in the USA). She was also a freelance writer, often reporting on political events including the 1908 Democratic National Convention in Denver. Today, Denver's Convention and Visitor's Bureau, Visit Denver, was started in responce to this event. One of the most important impacts Senator Robinson left in Colorado's history was writing "Preparing Women for Citizenship" in 1918 where she provided a guide for females to evaluate their role in society and how to harness their vote for the benefit of society, rather than finacial gain.
To find this cache, note these instructions before you start because you may not have reception where we are going:
Start at GZ, at street level. Above the middle entrance there are two words starting with the same letter. Note how many letters are in the first word.
After facing these words, walk through the doors to your left into an elevator lobby. Do not walk in where the cars go (that's dangerous)!
Go to the floor that matches the number of letters in the word noted before.
When you get off the elevator, turn around and face the wall between the two elevators. You'll see a big number that matches your floor, and a word above it. Note the middle and last letters in this word.
Now turn around, facing away from the elevators, and look for a GIANT yellow letter that matches the middle letter you just noted on the ground. You will be able to clearly see this letter from the elevators. There are several smaller posibilities but you're you looking for a big bold one pointing directly at you. Go stand on the middle (point) of this "letter."
Thinking of the last letter noted, use this to deside if you should look left or right along the path of the letter you are standing on. Remember, this cache is located where you may NOT have good cell service or satelite connectivity. The direction you head in now is not perfectly accurate to point you to the cache which is what makes this find a little more difficult, but it gets you in the general correct direction.
To spot the container, stand tall and proud like Helen Ring Robinson would have done in the Senate. You may also need to look around for a way to reach the cache. If you're having trouble spotting the container, step back a bit and look around. Though it may be challenging to reach, it is should not be challenging to see.
Please rehide so that it is visable to the next cacher. This area is not visited much by Muggles so it's ok if it's visible by the naked eye. If you can see it but really can't reach it, message me a picture of what you see and I'll approve your smiley :)
