A bustling community, Eynsham's recorded history goes back to Saxon times; Eynsham Abbey (sadly no more) was founded in 1005; and 92 listed structures survive in the parish. Have a wonder amongst the cotswold stone buildings and make your way down to the River Thames via the Wharf Stream Way, just a short walk from the geocache location. An abundance of cherry blossom can be admired during mid April.
