To earn a smiley, find the geocache and sign the sheet of paper inside of the plastic bag.
You are permitted to take goodies but please, leave thingsĀ of equal or greater value, leaving the cache in the same or better state than you found it.
The geocache's container is weatherproof and decently sized.
The cache includes the GC code on the lid as well as a logbook in a bag, a pencil, a yeti figurine, stickers, a Harry Potter figurine, a small rubber football, a smaller cache container for trading, a spinner, a Chinese finger-trap, a glow-stick, a Lego figurine, a beaded necklace, and a frog.
This geocacheĀ requiresĀ tree-climbing. A telescoping pole or anything like that won't do you any good.
If you want to have an enjoyable time, it might be in your best interest to take proper safety precautions for tree-climbing:
- Wear proper clothing. Loose and flexible clothes are preferable, but baggy clothes may get caught on branches. Remove all loose accessories and jewelry. Have flexible shoes with thick soles.
- Find sturdy branches at least six inches in diameter to support your weight. Examine the tree for weaknesses such as broken branches, deep cracks, or fungal growth.
- Never climb during serious weather conditions such as thunderstorms or strong winds. Cold weather causes branches to be brittle.
Climb at your own risk ā ļø.
