Almost every day of the year has a fun holiday. National Lost Sock Memorial Day, also known as Lost Sock Awareness Day, is celebrated on May 9th every year. It's a day to honor the socks that have been lost and to try and reunite them. Some questions people have been trying to answer for centuries include where the missing socks go, and if there is a washing machine heaven.
