"THE CAVE" is the highlight of the BALLVILLE TRAILS. To get to it and find this cache you will need to take the UPPER BALLVILLE trail.
Once you see THE CAVE you will understand why it would be impassible to "hide" the cache in THE CAVE.
However, the cache is hidden close to the cave, so you shouldn't have much trouble finding it. I placed a rock and small piece of would in front of it for a bit of camouflage, but it's fairly well concealed on its own.
The geocache is an AMMO BOX.
Once you've found the AMMO BOX, signed the log, and put it back, continue on the trail. You will come to a junction where you can go left down the hill or across. Go across and continue on the trail that will end at the street. You will know you are at the end of the trail because there is a styrofoam skull on a stick congratulating you con completing the trail. Take a right on the street and continue until you get to your car.
