The trail to Crystal Falls used to be busy given its relatively flat and easy terrain, but that approach is now off-limits due to private property concerns. The Falls itself is nestled within Pinecone Burke Provincial Park so it still sits undistubed waiting for you to visit. Access is now from above, which means more effort is needed to get to the falls, but it also means a much better chance of having the area all to yourself.
Scenery is always more impressive when you have to earn it and hopeffully this cache will lure you back or draw you to visit the crystal-clear cascading water of Pritchett Creek for the first time.
Access the area from Harper Road. The two main trails to access the falls is Bullet Dodger (shorter, but steeper) and the Coquitlam River Connector (longer, but easier).
Enjoy your adventure.
