Come on down to 'the old fishin' shack'.
When you get here, you will need to figure out (1) how to get in. (2) how to find the log sheet to sign. (3) have fun.
All/any tools needed are located close by, you just need to locate them and ultimately fish out the logsheet to claim a smilie. Do not force or pry anything.
The green trail can be wet and muddy in spots but you can get around those.
A few people have seen this before and will know just what to do.
