This strange park is the "Yokokawa Icchoume Childrens Park". It is a bizzare park with only one sandpit that takes up the entirety of its space.
Another remarkable feature of this park is that the distance from the park to the Tokyo Skytree is the exact same as the height of the Skytree itself at 634m.

こちらの不思議な公園は「横川一丁目こども広場」です。公園の設備は巨大な砂場のみでとても奇妙な作りとなっています。
また公園とスカイツリーの間の距離がスカイツリーの高さと同じで634mであることも一つの見所となっています。
