Why is there no guard rail on all of this? Traditional Cache

BE CAREFUL IF CACHING WITH CHILDREN. This is a quick park and grab. The cache is a large small in the end of the guardrail square tube. There is a pull off big enough for several semis. Please use caution and do not go over the edge. It is very steep.  The cache has room for tradable items it has a log and writing utensil. A quick grab for Pendleton County. Happy caching
