RONCO GIANDANA
Il "ronco" è un terreno anticamente ricavato abbattendo un bosco, per poi essere coltivato. Un ottimo esempio ne è il ronco Giandana, che attualmente si presenta come un grande prato, a forma di trapezio isoscele (riconoscibile già nelle mappe del Catasto Teresiano del 700). Al suo interno c'è un cascinotto (cassinott), attualmente in stato di rovina, che dispone di un locale con camino e di un pozzo sul lato nord. Una rigogliosa pianta di gustosi fichi cresce proprio a ridosso di una delle pareti. Nei pressi, nascosto tra le piante, c'è un piccolissimo stagno dove al tramonto cervi e caprioli vengono ad abbeverarsi.
E' possibile arrivare in automobile fino a P0, da dove inizia il largo sentiero verso nord (percorribile a piedi o MTB), ideale per una breve ma piacevole passeggiata.
RONCO GIANDANA
The "ronco" is a land once obtained from the forest and then cultivated. A beautiful example is the Ronco Giandana, which currently appears as a large meadow in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid (already recognizable in 18th century maps). Inside there is a small farmhouse (cassinott), currently in a state of ruin, which has a room with a fireplace and a well on the north side. A lush tree of tasty figs grows right next to one of the walls. Nearby, hidden among the trees, there is a very small pond where deers and roe deers come to drink at sunset.
It is possible to arrive by car up to P0, from where the wide path towards the north begins (can be done on foot or by mountain bike), ideal for a short but pleasant walk.
