This 2024 Summer Geocache Challenge is in the northern section of Thacher Park beginning at the north (dead) end of Ryan Road, and will take you on a 3.7 mi loop hike on the Yellow Perimeter trail, the Long Path, and the Hanglider Road. There are (6) Challenge caches and (9) Additional caches.
This cache is part of the 2024 New York State Saratoga/Capital District Regional Geocache Challenge! The stamp inside this cache is part of the game, and it is not a trade item – please do not take the stamp. There are 72 geocaches hidden within 18 state parks and historic sites in this park region, and geocachers finding 45 or more will be eligible to receive a 2024 NYS Parks centennial commemorative and trackable geocoin.
