Filling in the Monon. I started to place this one off the path quite a bit but after re-visitng the site and assessing the muggle factor, decided it would be ok on the trail. This one will be a bit hard to see in the warmer months - a fact that I didn't realize until I placed it. You should not have to be very far off the actual trail to get to it so if you are deep in the brush it is probably behind you. I stood at the edge of the greeenery and reached in to place it. Be mindful that the terrain slopes downward a few feet in.
When these were originaly placed, they were placed to honor caching friends. I have no idea who the original #45 was so this is just #45 Redeux. This is a new cache container that I recently purchased. 3D printing is saving a lot of tupperware from the bushes!
Update: Heard from a very credible source that there is now poison ivy in this area. I didn't see that when I placed the cache but it was early spring. Adding the poisonous plants attribute even though this is reachable from the safety of the mowed edge of the trail.
