Located in the semi-secret yet publicly accessable garden of Premissa Hibrida, you can find this medium geocache without having to climb the metal ladder to the roof (this is not public space). You can park inside the warehouse complex area if you don't block anyone's doorway, or just park on Rua Laureano and walk through the garage zone to the community center. If you feel like you're going the wrong way, you are probably almost there. The garden is small, around 15 square meters, the cache is hidden in this garden itself not inside the center - either bring a friend or have a decent arm span.
