Libraries are bastions of knowledge, free for all to use and enjoy. In a world where digital content is always changing, and ownership rights can be nebulous at best, sometimes it’s good to hold something physical and otherwise immutable in your hands.
The cache in question is located on the grounds of one of the Free Library of Philadelphia’s 55 locations and is stored securely using a state of the art indexing and retrieval service. Due to advanced algorithms the indexing number corresponds to the same numbers that makes up the last three digits of the longitude. For convenience all stages are located outside and avaiable during daylight hours.
You’ll need to access the indexing service and place a call to the automated system to retrieve the index number and locate the final stage of this cache. Due to generous grants the call will be free however you’ll need to supply a 9v battery to power the hotline.
