Hiking to a Lonely Cache. I noticed that the cache "The Sentinel" GC2EDDX is lonely. I found it today, making three finds in the past ten years. Yes, it's a nasty hike to the top. I have hidden a few caches to help entice others to check it out. Note: This series IS NOT FOR THE COUCH POTATOE. It is a steep hike. There is some shale rocks in parts. You need to watch ahead on picking where to go to avoid some 10 to 15 foot cliffs. You will probably have to stop several times to catch your breath. Having said this, if I can do it (I'm not a spring chicken anymore), you can do it. I took my time and went SLOWLY in parts and used my hiking poles. I tried to leave good hints. There's nothing worse than a hike up a mountain for a DNF. Also warning. Cell phone service is very spotty. Don't count on your phone to check out a hint. Also be sure to read description for number 8.
Note: There is not a number one. I had it too close to a PE cache and so it won't be published.
