Bridgewater State University is a beautiful campus located in rural Bridgewater Massachusetts. The campus has a lot of walkable green space, and this is its EXCLUSIVE geocache.
This is a multi-cache which spans approximately 1/2 mile from the parking lot to the final cache. you will have to walk the full 1/2 mile back to parking as well, HOWEVER - parking is available within 500 ft of each waypoint, WEEKENDS and SUMMER only (no visitor pass needed when school is not in session). During the on season, you must get a visitor pass and park in the West Campus lot/Moakley lot OR get paid street parking on School St. or in the lot behind CVS/Hunt Hall. All stops on this geocache journey are out of the way from school buildings and away from prying eyes, but please be aware that when school is in session, a lot of people might be around. Please do your best to be discrete. The best time to find this cache is on weekends or over Summer break / Winter break / Spring break. The points on this cache should be relatively easy to find. The first two locations have waypoints in small canisters. The final cache is in an airtight plastic kitchen container, and is starting with THREE BSU-themed travel bugs.
NOTE: Though all areas are well-kept and mostly clear, there may be thorns and wet, soggy ground in some areas, especially behind Moakley/Hart/Burnell.
