Thanks to Dawn for permission to place this cache. Thanks to Audrey, Ariel and Chris in the Glen Ellyn Public Library makerspace called The Workshop for their kind, patient and knowledgeable help on the creation of the final container. They knew that I wanted to start and complete the process myself, as a beginner, and so with their guidance and help I learned the software, created the objects from scratch (except for the Geocaching logo which I found online), learned how to embed objects and how far to embed them, learned basics on their slicing software including adding supports when needed, loaded filiment on the printer and cleaned up the supports on the objects in the end. I learned a lot in the process and would say I'm still a Beginner, no more than that. But I'm happy for having done my best in this 3D printing effort. Special thanks to Chris for the assist on the curved item!
