MAC Cosmic Caching Challenge
Calling all astronauts, are you ready to embark on a new mission that is sure to be out of this world? Intergalactic caches have been spotted through the Mountaineer region and beyond and we need your help tracking them down in the Cosmic Caching Challenge!
How Does It Work?
Members of the Mountaineer Area Cachers Geocaching Club have placed 23 space-themed caches around the area and it's your job to track down 20/23 of them. Find The Cache
Once you enter your code words into the website above, you'll receive the final coordinates to this cache. The final is a short walk down a heavily traveled trail, so please be stealthy, especially during the warmer months. You are seeking a small lock-n-lock container tucked away in an exposed rock formation just off the trail. Please rehide well and watch for snakes and other critters before reaching for the container. The D/T rating is for the additional challenge of locating 20/23 caches in the series; the actual hide for this cache is a D1.5/T2.
If you encounter any problems with the website please contact Kryzstof and if you have any trouble locating the cache, please contact Troopbiz. Thanks and happy caching!
