This cache was placed (in its initial/original location) on the 24th anniversary of Blue Switch Day. The items it is placed near come from the Pacific Northwest Ocean coast during a beach clean up. There's plenty of street parking in this neighborhood and the cache's street proximity makes it kid friendly. You may need to reach a bit if you're a little kid or ask for a taller person's help. Pen in cache for logging.
