Rutherglen Revival: 3 REboot
BootnBee started geocaching just before the Easter 2023 Rutherglen Event. Remembering the event fondly and reliving the fun, the Rutherglen REvival series emerged.
On our geocaching adventures we often come across 'Boot Hill' caches that intrigue us. Historically 'Boot Hill' refers to a cemetery where people who died suddenly, such as in war with their boots on, were laid to rest. In a way that Australian’s tend to do, we have turned 'Boot Hill' into something much more quirky! There is a bench seat nearby so sit and enjoy the view, particularly if you are here around sunset. (Edit: Unfotunately the furniture has been removed)
