While hunting in the area, I seen a monument or rock cairn so I had to check it out. The container is hidden on the North side of the cairn under a couple of flat rocks. You do not need to remove any rocks from the cairn. Please respect Garth Baxter's Rock Cairn.
This is an area where you need a WIA (walk in access) permit which is isued by DWR (Division of Wildlife) This permit is FREE.

The cache is only .27 from the parking but is very steep that is why I am giving this a terrain of 4.5. I took the path to the south and then up to the cache location which made it so it was not as steep. You can decide how you want to attack this location. If you go the way I did I would give a terrain of 3.
