This one was originally placed in a very sensible place. There was only one problem with that place; another cache was already placed there! So finally, this placement is the new place to replace the place that had to be passed when the original was displaced by the already placed cache.
Hopefully you'll find this place to be shady. Or maybe you'll find the placement to be shady!
(BTW, the "tool" required, at the very least, is the same one required for almost EVERY cache...a pen. If you don't have a pen, leave blood.)
