GeoQuest XVI – GeoDINO Quest
Acum cca 70 milioane de ani, trăiau în aceste locuri, nişte dinozauri unici în lume: dinozaurii pitici. Noi, la Geoparcul Internaţional UNESCO Ţara Haţegului încercăm să le spunem povestea şi după două ediţii de Geocaching în geoparc, iată că a venit şi momentul unui GeoQuest.
Alături de gazda nostră Andi Andezit, vă invităm să vă bucuraţi de cele câteva zile petrecute în Ţara Haţegului, locul unde Istoriile sunt vii şi să vă bucuraţi nu numai de traseele şi cutiile ascunse pentru voi, dar şi de peisajele de poveste de la poalele munţilor Retezat, de monumentele istorice ce le găsiţi la tot pasul, de gastronomia, poveştile şi legendele locurilor. Vă dorim să petreceţi clipe minunate aici astfel încât să vă trezească interesul şi să vă facă să reveniţi.
Păstrând acelaşi ghid pentru un turism inteligent în geoparc, ce poate fi concretizat în cele trei cuvinte: descoperă, apreciază, respectă şi încurajând ceea ce noi numim, “slow tourism”, echipa noastră (TiLi_Team) şi prietenii noştri de la geoparc vă aşteaptă cu drag!
Acestea fiind spuse, vă asteptăm în perioada 16–18 august 2024 la Haţeg pentru a participa la cea de-a XVI-a ediţie de GeoQuest: GeoDINO Quest!
Desigur, acei dintre dumneavoastră care aţi lipsit de la ediţiile anterioare de Geocaching în geoparc, sunteţi bineveniţi să descoperiţi şi acele comori, chiar mai repede de data de 16 august.

O să ne revedem sau o să facem conoştinţă cu noii veniţi, o să ne amintim sau reamintim de întâmplări plăcute şi o să primiţi sfaturi utile pentru zilele următoare şi pentru timpul ce îl veţi petrece, acum sau în viitor, în Ţara Haţegului.

19:00 - Eveniment Garu, apoi continuăm să ne povestim aventurile şi impresiile de peste zi, la terasa restaurantului Parc Caffe

GeoQuest XVI – GeoDINO Quest
Some 70 million years ago, unique dinosaurs lived in these places: the dwarf dinosaurs. We are trying to tell their story at the Hateg Country UNESCO Global Geopark and after two editions of Geocaching in the geopark, now is the time for a GeoQuest.
Together with our host Andi Andezit, we invite you to enjoy the few days spent in the Hațeg Country, the place where Histories are alive, and to enjoy not only the trails and caches hidden for you, but also the fairytale landscapes at the foot of the Retezat mountains, the historical monuments that you find at every step, the local gastronomy, the stories and the legends of the places. We wish for you to spend wonderful moments here so that it piques your interest and makes you want to come back.
Keeping the same guideline for an intelligent tourism in the geopark, which can be embodied in the three words: discover, appreciate, respect and because we encourage what we call "slow tourism", we (TiLi_Team) and our friends from the geopark are looking forward to welcome you here!
Having said that, we are happy to invite you between August 16-18, 2024 in Haţeg to participate to the 16th edition of GeoQuest: GeoDINO Quest!
Of course, those of you who missed the previous editions of Geocaching in the geopark are welcome to discover those treasures too, even sooner than August 16.

The welcome event (GCAQCG0, on the terrace of the Parc Caffe restaurant. We will meet again or get to know the newcomers, we’ll remember or recall funny stories and you will receive useful advice for the coming days and for the time you will spend, now or in the future, in Haţeg Country.
Saturday, 17th of August, 2024
09:00 - Meeting at the "House of Geopark" for those who want to visit the exhibition Dragons, Balauri, Dinosaurs!
10:00 - Meeting in the Pompierilor (Firemen's) Park (GCAQCJH); The event’s caches will be published and you'll start the treasure hunt!
19:00 - Garu event and after that we’ll continue to tell our adventures and impressions from the day, on the terrace of the Parc Caffe restaurant
